Mourning Paper

Mourning Paper is my exploration into all things adult. Throughout my twenty first year, I spent time creating mixed media pieces that forced me to let go of my childlike illusion of the world and face my trauma, an ever changing and frightening political climate, mass tragedy, and poverty.

This collection embodies my growth.

Mourning Paper was hung at 208 Wine Bar while I was awarded Artist of the Month.

The collection itself sold out in the first night of it's showing.
